For our second installment of Sonic Investigations we contacted Matteo Ambivero, better known as @matthewtwicetrue , who in view of the end of 2021 has composed a playlist of selected goodies to cheer the last days of this complicated year that is finally coming to an end.
Matteo began his musical journey thanks to his father, a great prog rock enthusiast, from that moment of exposure on he became an avid listener.
He told us about his relationship with music: "For me it has always been a way to escape from loneliness, to put me next to something that would accompany and match the mood of my days. I'm always digging and listening pathologically to the new stuff that's just come out, I love contamination and I'm constantly influenced by my surroundings."
Matteo is a sound technician, a big basketball fan and a graphic designer, but most of all he made a sensational playlist for us called “Germogli”.
Within this temporal journey between the best releases of 2021 you will find indie/experimental rock, rap, new jazz, new soul/rnb, and last but not least hip hop oriented producers.
